1. Plans and billing cadence
Relvora offers monthly and annual billing for its standard plan tiers. Monthly pricing is Basic at $14.99 per month, Growth at $39.99 per month, Scale at $79.99 per month, and Enterprise starting at $149.99 per month. Annual pricing is Basic at $119.99 per year, Growth at $299.99 per year, Scale at $759.99 per year, and Enterprise starting at $1,499.99 per year. The website may display annual prices as an equivalent monthly rate for comparison, but annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Enterprise pricing and limits may be customized. Taxes may apply where required.
2. Free trials
Relvora currently offers a 14-day free trial on each listed plan for both monthly and annual billing. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically at the price and billing cadence shown at checkout. Trial eligibility, start time, and any account-specific restrictions shown at checkout control.
3. AI credits
Plans include a credit allowance used to meter AI-powered activity. Current standard monthly allowances are 5,000 credits on Basic, 13,500 credits on Growth, and 27,000 credits on Scale. Enterprise credits are custom. Credits are service usage units only, are not currency, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
4. Credit usage
Credit consumption depends on the action performed and may vary with model usage, context size, testing, coaching, follow-up processing, or other AI-enabled features. The application may show recent usage and the remaining balance for the current allowance cycle.
5. Renewal and reset
After any applicable free trial, subscriptions renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless canceled. Included AI credit allowances may reset on a recurring usage cycle shown in the application, and unused credits may not roll over unless the applicable plan expressly says otherwise.
6. Plan changes
When you change plans, the product may replace the prior unused allowance with the allowance for the newly selected plan. Any price change, credit change, user limit, billing cadence, or effective timing shown in the application at the time you confirm the change controls.
7. User and connection limits
Plan limits may include users, platform connections, connected numbers, or other capacity. Growth currently includes three users and may permit additional users at $2.99 per user. Other plan limits are shown in the application and may change as Relvora evolves.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a trial or paid subscription through the available account or billing controls when offered, or by contacting support. Canceling during a free trial prevents the paid subscription from beginning after the trial, subject to the checkout terms. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewal after the applicable paid period unless the product states otherwise. Access and remaining credits may continue through the applicable period, subject to account status and these Terms.
9. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, subscription charges and used service credits are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly so we can review the account.
10. Failed payments
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may retry the payment, restrict paid functionality, reduce access, or suspend the workspace until the issue is resolved.
11. Changes to pricing
We may change prices, credit allowances, trial terms, billing options, or plan limits prospectively. When required, we will provide notice before a pricing change applies to an existing paid subscription.
