Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Relvora collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Relvora website, application, connected integrations, and related services.

Effective: September 14, 2026 · Operator: ESLOYEL INC.

1. Scope and operator

Relvora is operated by ESLOYEL INC. This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through Relvora and its supporting services. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party platforms you choose to connect to Relvora.

2. Information we collect

Account and workspace information

We may collect your name, email address, authentication information, business name, workspace membership, role, permissions, notification preferences, and account settings.

Connected communication data

When you connect a supported communication provider, Relvora may process phone numbers, contact details, conversation metadata, message content, message direction, timestamps, conversation status, and provider identifiers needed to sync and operate the workspace.

Agent configuration and AI activity

We process Agent instructions, goals, flows, knowledge, source material, pricing guidance, guardrails, follow-up rules, automations, test conversations, coaching feedback, generated responses, AI usage, token counts, and related metadata.

Integration and security data

We may store provider identifiers, connection status, webhook identifiers, encrypted supported integration credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and other technical data required to maintain a connection you authorize.

Usage and billing data

We may process plan selection, credit balances, credit usage, billing period information, usage events, device and browser information, IP-derived security information, and diagnostic logs.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Relvora.
  • Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls.
  • Sync connected conversations and send messages when a user or configured Agent instructs the service to do so.
  • Generate AI-assisted replies, coaching, summaries, follow-ups, and Agent decisions.
  • Execute configured webhooks, alerts, and other automations.
  • Measure credit usage, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and support customers.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and security of Relvora, our users, and third parties.

4. AI processing

Relvora uses third-party AI services to perform AI-powered features. Content submitted to an AI feature may be sent to the applicable AI provider as necessary to generate the requested output. Relvora is designed to send the context needed for the feature being performed, but you are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to place into connected conversations, Agent knowledge, test sessions, and other product inputs.

5. Service providers and integrations

Relvora relies on service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, AI processing, communications, monitoring, and related functions. Based on the current product implementation, these may include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Quo, and Google when a Google integration is enabled. A connected provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, with third-party services you intentionally connect, when directed by an authorized workspace user, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when required to comply with law or protect rights and security.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain workspace history and security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some product features may have their own deletion or retention behavior. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or provider systems before being removed through normal retention cycles.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including workspace-level access controls and encrypted storage for supported integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action regarding personal information. Workspace owners and administrators may also control information and access within a Relvora workspace. To submit a privacy request, contact us at hello@hirschventuresgroup.com.

10. Business customer responsibilities

Relvora may process customer and prospect communications on behalf of a business workspace. The business using Relvora is responsible for having the notices, permissions, lawful basis, and communication practices required for its use of customer data, AI, messaging, and connected providers.

11. Children

Relvora is a business software service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly offer the service directly to children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Relvora changes. We will update the effective date when we make material revisions and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
